I started hunting hap lands in the mid and late 70's mostly for pheasants and rabbits with high school buddies we could burn up a tank of gas going from farm to farm and never leave kent co and have the lands to ourselves but lately there is very little land left in the program and it seems to get hammered

The Hap program is great my friends and I have had many great hunts on HAP lands like hunting State lands, you have to put in your time doing some scouting and talking to locals like others said you may have to walk a few parcels to find the right spot for you
