Office 2016 Home Business Full of bugs - Microsoft Community
Only after removing all sub folders registry keys under HKEY_Local_Machine - Software - Clients - Mail and removing both Microsoft Outlook and Windows Mail and going to Control Panel - Programs and Features and running a Online Repair of Office 2016 was I able to send a file as an attachment through Send To - Mail recipient.
